IN-HOME COUNSELLING (YGK): $155

Home-based appointments take place in the comfort of your own home. Babies have unpredictable patterns and needs. No need to pack up and get out the door or worry about finding childcare. Baby can eat, sleep, play and be a baby.  And you can focus on you and your health and well-being. 

COUNSELLING AT THE OFFICE: $120

Appointments are available at 130 Ontario St. downtown Kingston. The office is an accessible space located on the first floor. There is metered street parking on Ontario and William and there is a bus stop right outside. Babies in arms always welcome!

PHONE OR ONLINE COUNSELLING: $120

Phone and online counselling allows you to connect from home or anywhere life takes you. 

Referrals: I welcome referrals from health providers as well as self-referrals. In addition to working with new parents, I support adults with a range of challenges and goals. 

Payment: Fees can be paid by credit card or e-transfer and receipts are sent by email. 

Insurance Providers: Services may be covered by your extended health benefits plan. Check with your insurance provider to find out the details of your coverage.

Sliding Scale: I hold a number of alternative rate sessions per month. Please contact me for more information.
